I'm Donny Mallin, your fitness and nutrition coach, and the founder of Actilete, a remote fitness and wellness company. I've been in the fitness game for over 12 years, drawing from my experience as a former college football player and current amateur bodybuilder.
I live in Cranberry Township with my wife, Amanda, and our two kids, Daxton and Kinsley. I studied Criminal Justice at Gannon University and earned a Master's in Criminal Justice Administration from Mercyhurst University. I'm also a certified leadership and mentorship coach and working on getting certified as a fitness coach through the National Strength and Conditioning Association.
I'm all about making fitness work for real people. My goal is to help you be your best physically, mentally, and spiritually. I want to show you that age doesn't matter when it comes to getting in shape and feeling good.

Dr. Jason Faipler was born and raised in Erie, PA where he attended Cathedral Preparatory School. He then attended The College of William & Mary where he played college football.
After graduating with a degree in Kinesiology and Health Sciences he continued his education at Palmer College of Chiropractic in Port Orange, FL. Dr. Faipler graduated magna cum laude in 2017 and has practiced in the state of Florida since graduation.
Dr. Faipler takes a systemic approach to health and believes that optimal health and wellness begins with routine chiropractic care, proper nutrition, physical activity and mental fortitude.
He believes that the proper balance of these four pillars of health leads to an enhanced quality and longevity of life.
Throughout his years in clinical practice Dr. Faipler has utilized his chiropractic philosophy and evidence-based research to help his patients reach their goals. He looks forward to helping you along the way in your lifestyle journey.
Alex is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer focused on Women’s health, pre-natal and postpartum fitness, and functional training. Alex attended Miami University where she obtained her Bachelors in Social Work and moved on to complete her Masters in Social Work at the University of Pittsburgh.
Alex soon fell in love with fitness after experiencing how living an active lifestyle not only helped her physically but mentally as well. After incorporating movement into her social work and seeing the mental health benefits that her clients were experiencing, she wanted to share this knowledge and expertise with all and began her personal training career.
While Alex has worked with clients of all ages, genders, and ability levels, she has special interest in prenatal and postpartum fitness. After becoming pregnant with her first child, she became AFPA prenatal and postpartum certified and began running prenatal programs. She’s a strong believer that pregnancy and postpartum don’t have to be painful and proper training of the core and pelvic floor can prevent many issues associated with birth.
Alex’s approaches clients by meeting them where they are at, setting realistic goals, and fostering a growth-focused lifestyle of discipline, while learning to have grace during each stage of life.

While supplements are not mandatory, we provide guidance on supplementation based on individual needs and goals. We believe in a holistic approach to health and fitness.
